The Football Fives Podcast team is whole again thanks to the return of previously stricken pod bod Ryan Keaney. In this week's show Ryan rejoins Daniel Storey, David Hartrick and Chris Nee to pick the scraps off the carcass of the UEFA EURO 2016 quarter-finals and nibble away at the tasty semi-final morsels that lay before us.

The last eight saw Portugal sneak past Poland on penalties before Chris Coleman and Wales made a mockery of Belgium's wealth of individual talents. Germany's quarter against Italy went the distance and then some, ending with a quite comical penalty shoot-out. Then, in the last match, hosts France finally fully arrived, thumping Iceland in style.

We talk about all four games, two penalty shoot-outs, Welsh prospects and the semis, which take place today and tomorrow. Wales will be looking to end Portugal's run - hardly box office, let's be honest - and France face world champions Germany.
