Andy Carroll

The Football Fives Podcast is back up to its full roster this week, and it's just as well. We've got another 'anything goes' show this time around, meaning we've eschewed an overall subject and picked our fives questions from the fullness of football's rich tapestry. We're experimental like that, or something.

Daniel Storey hosts as he, David Hartrick, Ryan Keaney and Chris Nee discuss five talking points with some or no connection to the week's football. To begin, we serve up a hot slice of football chat about elbowing, with specific reference to Andy Carroll's not-that-smart pair of yellow cards for West Ham United at the weekend.

There's a nod to Europe's title races, our response to the letter signed by 128 Members of Parliament asking the (current) Football Association to give tickets away to schools, a quick debate about the future of Arsene Wenger, and a defence of Zinedine Zidane that's rendered weak by the stupidity of its own necessity.
